Digital Media Technology
Digital media technology refers to any software which contributes to programming, editing, marketing and producing media products. Digital media technology allows the products we create to be much creative especially when we are able to combine and use 2 or more different technologies, it enables our work to be more creative and unique. However, in order for our media products to be creative we must understand how to use these softwares to their full extent. When beginning AS media my knowledge and use of many digital softwares was very limited. I only knew how to use some such as editing effects on apps like Instagram. Therefore when it came to using softwares such as adobe indesign for my As preliminary task, the college magazine I produced was very basic and boring as my creativity was limited due to the fact that I did not understand how to use the software. Therefore by experimenting with the software, I was able to be more creative when creating my music magazine as I could use
